Ingredients:

1 Egg


1 C. Pumpkin Puree

3/4 C. Swerve Brown

¼ C. Swerve Granular

½ C. Vegetable Oil

¼ C. Sour Cream

1 T. Vanilla

1 T. Cinnamon

1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 C. King Arthur’s Keto Wheat Flour

½ t. Baking Powder

½ t. Baking Soda

½ Salt

Filling:

Egg

8 Oz. Cream Cheese

1 C. Swerve Confectioners

1 T. Vanilla

1 T. King Arthur’s Keto Wheat Flour

Easy Directions:

  1. Spray a 9×5 loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend together first 9 ingredients. Fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix slightly.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all filling ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Pour ½ of bread batter into loaf pan. Spread filling mixture on top of batter. Finish by topping with remaining batter.
  5. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Let cool and set.
