1 Package of Swerve Pancake Mix Or Keto & Co. Pancake Mix
1 C. Pumpkin Puree
½ C. Pecans
1 t. Salt
1. On a baking sheet, place pecans and top with salt. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes and set aside.
2. Make pancake mix as directed and add in pumpkin. Mix well.
3. On buttered griddle make pancakes.
4. Top with pecans!
