Ingredients:
1 Lb. Fresh Blueberries
1 Lb. Fresh Blackberries
4 T. Lemon Juice
¾ C. Swerve Granular
¼ C. Knox Gelatin
1 ½ C Flour or Almond Flour
¼ C. Swerve Confections OR ¼ C. Swerve Granular
1/2 t. Baking Powder
½ t. Salt
1 T. Vanilla
Easy Directions:
In bowl, toss together both berries, lemon juice, Swerve and gelatin. Spray a 8×8 inch baking dish. Pour into baking dish. In small bowl, combine flour, Swerve, baking powder, salt and vanilla. This will make a crumble. Pour onto top of berry mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
