1 C. Cold Water
1 Angel Food Cake Mix
6 C. Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
In a clean, grease-free mixing bowl, pour water and add cake mix. Whisk until well blended, then fold in the coconut. Scoop batter into small balls by using a spoon or small ice cream scoop. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Do not overbake. Allow to cool.
