Ingredients for Crust:

1 ½ C. Almond Flour


¼ C. Swerve Granular

½ C. Melted Butter

Ingredients for Dessert:

8 Ounces Cream Cheese

1 ½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream

1 ½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk

2 Packages Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mixes

1 T. Swerve Confections

1 T. Vanilla

Easy Directions:

  1. In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients and press into 8×8 baking dish. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes and set aside.
  2. In large mixing bowl, whip together cream cheese, ½ C. heavy whipping cream, almond milk, and pudding mixes. Make sure to whip until light and fluffy. Pour onto crust. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. In small mixing bowl, whip remaining whip cream, Swerve and vanilla and top dessert!
