1 pkg Angel Food Cake Mix
¾ C. Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves
3 T. Mini Dark Chocolate Chips (Lily No Sugar Added)
In mixing bowl, mix cake mix and preserves until moistened. Add in chocolate chips. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and drop dough onto sheet. You can sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake at 325 for 11 minutes. Cookies will be soft and chewy!
