Crust Ingredients:

2 C. Crushed Peanuts


¼ C. Cocoa Powder

1 T. All Purpose Flour

¼ C. Melted Butter

Filling Ingredients:

16 Oz. Cream Cheese

1 C. Sugar Free Caramel Ice Cream Topping

½ C. Swerve Confections

1 T. Vanilla

½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream

Topping Ingredients:

1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream

Easy Directions:

In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients and press into pie pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, caramel, Swerve and vanilla until smooth. Add in whipping cream and continue to beat until fluffy.

Spread onto crust and refrigerate overnight.
