1 Stick Butter
3/4 C. Lily No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips
½ C. Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Grated
1 ¼ C. Swerve Confections
3 Egg Yolks
1 T. Vanilla
½ C. Regular or Almond Flour
Spray ramekins baking dishes (4). Set aside. Melt butter, chocolate chips and dark chocolate. I did in microwave for 90 seconds and stirred until all melted. Whisk in Swerve. Add in eggs and mix well. Continue with the vanilla and finish by adding the flour. Mix well.
Scoop into ramekins. Bake at 425 for 13-14 minutes. The top of the cakes will be hard and the inner will be warm chocolate.
