2 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour
1 T. Baking Powder
½ t. Salt
½ C. Butter
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 ½ C. Swerve Granular
1 T. Lemon Extract
1 T. Lemon Juice
Swerve Confections to top Each Cookie
- In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, cheesecake and Swerve, and eggs. Add in lemon extract and lemon juice. Mix well. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture.
- Roll into cookie dough balls.
- Place on cookie baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle each baked cookie with Swerve Confections. Let cool.
