Ingredients:

For the Crust:
1 Box Swerve Yellow Cake Mix
1 Egg
½ C. Butter, Melted


For the Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
1 T. Vanilla
½ C. Butter, Melted
3 C. Swerve Confectioners

Easy Directions:

In a small bowl, mix the crust ingredients and pat into a prepared sprayed 10×10 pan. In a mixing bowl, beat together the filling ingredients. When combined and smooth, pour onto crust. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. The center will be giggly. Cool and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream, Swerve confectioners and berries!
