Ingredients:

10 Lb or less sized Turkey
Salt and Pepper to Season
1 Stick of Butter (Cut into Pads)

Easy Directions:

Be sure to thaw your turkey in the refrigerator for two days prior to cooking. To prepare the turkey, remove bag from it and remove the giblet bag. Rinse the turkey with cold water and pat it dry. Put your fingers under the skin starting with the neck area, carefully lifting the skin and place one stick of butter pads (cubes) scattered throughout under the skin. Season plentiful with salt and pepper. Place in air fryer, breast side down. Air fry at 350 for 60 minutes. After the first 60 minutes, flip the turkey over with the breast side now up. Continue to roast at 350 for an additional hour until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Before carving, let the turkey rest. The juices may be used to make traditional turkey.
