Ingredients:

2 C. Cooked and Shredded Turkey
2 C. Cooked Cauliflower Rice
2 C. Cooked Broccoli
1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
½ C. Chicken Broth
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (Optional)
1 C. Shredded Cheese
1 C. Pork Rinds Crumbs
3 T. Melted Butter
Garlic Salt to Season
Salt and Pepper to Season


Easy Directions:

In a large bowl, combine turkey, cauliflower rice, broccoli, cream, broth, and soup. Spread into 9×12 baking dish. Top with cheese. Combine melted butter and pork rinds and top the casserole evenly. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
