Ingredients:

4 Slices of Bacon, cooked and drained


1 lb. Ground Beef, browned and drained

½ C. Chopped Onion

1 C. Cooked Cauliflower Rice

8 Ounces Cream Cheese

½ C. Mustard

2 T. Mayo

3 T. Tomato Paste

1 ½ C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Easy Directions:

  1. In a skillet, pour beef, onion, cauliflower rice and half of chopped bacon. Mix well.
  2. Add in cream cheese, mustard, mayo and tomato paste and mix well. Make sure the cream cheese is melted. Top with cheddar cheese and remaining bacon.
  3. Cover skillet and heat on high until cheese is fully melted.
