4 Slices of Bacon, cooked and drained
1 lb. Ground Beef, browned and drained
½ C. Chopped Onion
1 C. Cooked Cauliflower Rice
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
½ C. Mustard
2 T. Mayo
3 T. Tomato Paste
1 ½ C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- In a skillet, pour beef, onion, cauliflower rice and half of chopped bacon. Mix well.
- Add in cream cheese, mustard, mayo and tomato paste and mix well. Make sure the cream cheese is melted. Top with cheddar cheese and remaining bacon.
- Cover skillet and heat on high until cheese is fully melted.
