Ingredients:
1 ½ C. Almond or All-Purpose Flour
2/3 C. Swerve Granular
¾ t. Baking Powder
¾ t. Baking Soda
¼ t. Salt
1 Egg
1 C. Sour Cream
6 T. Butter, Melted
2 t. Vanilla
1 C. Dark Lily No Sugar Added Chocolate Chips
Easy Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine egg, sour cream, butter, vanilla and Swerve Granular. Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Toss in the chocolate chips. Spoon into cupcake paper lined cupcake pan—filling each liner ¾ full. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

What is the nutritional value on this recipe? I crave sweets but have to cut carbs due to health reasons. I need to learn to cook with alternate ingredients.

I’m so sorry you were sick last year….but thrilled you are better and have become the NO SUGAR baker. Due to pre-diabetes…I’ve changed my lifestyle drastically and cut out all but the most minimal amt of sugar!!!!! No cakes, pies, cookies, candy etc and I used to have the sweet tooth of all sweet teeth!!!
