2 C. Chopped Ham
1 C. Cooked Sausage Patties, Crumbled
4 Slices Cooked Bacon, Crumbled
½ C. Diced Onion
2-3 C. Chopped Fresh Vegetables of Your Choice (I used broccoli, mushrooms, red peppers, green peppers, asparagus, and a little tomato).
½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Slightly Baked Pie Crust (Optional)
You have an option of using a pie crust or no pie crust.
If using a pie crust, bake slightly and let cool.
If not using a pie crust, spray a pie pan and set aside.
In skillet, place all meats and vegetables. Let simmer for a few minutes. Then, place mixture into pie pan. Spread 1 C. cheddar cheese and all mozzarella cheese on top of vegetable meat mixture. In mixing bowl, mix eggs and whipping cream. When combined, pour on top of cheese. Next, top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
