*** I made a no sugar chocolate chip cookie crust using Keto Girl.
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 C. Fresh, No Sugar, All-Natural Peanut Butter
¾ Swerve Confectioners
1 T. Vanilla
1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
½ C. Lily No Sugar Added Chocolate Chips
¼ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
Bake the cookie mix per instructions in a pie dish and let cook. In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese and peanut butter. Add in the Swerve and vanilla. Next beat in the heavy whipping cream until light and fluffy. Pour mixture over cooled crust. Melt chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream in microwavable bowl. My topping to melt was about 90 seconds and stir good. Spread onto pie, leaving the peanut butter mixture with a border. Let refrigerate overnight!
