Inside Pop Ingredients:

1 C. All-Natural Peanut Butter

3.4 C. Swerve Confections

Cookie Ingredients:

½ C. Peanut Butter (I used fresh, sugar free peanut butter, deli made)

½ C. Butter

½ C. Swerve Brown

¼ C. Swerve Granular

1 Egg

1 T. Vanilla

1 1/2 C Flour (Almond or All-Purpose)

1/2 t. Baking Soda

1/4 t. Salt

Easy Directions:

In small bowl, combine the inside ingredients and make into small round balls. Freeze until ready to use.

In mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter and Swerve and mix until smooth and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla, mix again. In separate small bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Add to the mixture.

Take out frozen balls.

Take a little bit of the main cookie dough, press into a pattie. Place a frozen peanut butter ball in the center of the pattie and wrap it up with the dough. Roll in Swerve granular. Place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly with fork.

Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
