Simple Ingredients for the Crust:

2 C Crushed Pecan Pieces


1 T. All-Natural Sweetener (I use Swerve Granular)

1 t. Ginger

2 T. Melted Butter

Simple Ingredients for Cheesecake:

2 8 Oz Cream Cheese

2 8 Oz Whipped Cream Cheese

4 Eggs

1 C All-Natural Brown Sweetener (I use Swerve Brown)

1/2 C All-Natural Sweetener (I use Swerve Granular)

2 T. Cornstarch

15 Oz Pumpkin Puree

1 T. Vanilla Extract

1 T. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Dash of Salt

Easy Directions for Crust:

  1. Combine all ingredients and pat into springform pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Let cool.

Easy Directions for Cheesecake:

  1. Combine and mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour into pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes.
  4. Turn off oven. Then, open oven door slightly and keep cheesecake in oven for another 60 minutes.
  5. Let cool on kitchen counter for another 60 minutes.
  6. Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours!
