Cookie Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ⅔ cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
- 1 large egg
- Zest of 1 large orange
- 2 tbsp fresh sugar free orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp orange extract (optional but boosts flavor)
Optional Drizzle
- ½ cup sugar-free white chocolate chips, melted
OR - ½ cup powdered monk fruit + 1–2 tsp milk for glaze
Easy Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
- Cream butter and monk fruit until fluffy.
- Add egg, orange zest, juice, vanilla (and orange extract).
- Mix in dry ingredients just until combined.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons onto sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes (edges lightly golden).
- Cool completely before drizzling.
