Ingredients (Makes ~18 cookies)

Cookie Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ⅔ cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • Zest of 1 large orange
  • 2 tbsp fresh sugar free orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp orange extract (optional but boosts flavor)

Optional Drizzle

  • ½ cup sugar-free white chocolate chips, melted
    OR
  • ½ cup powdered monk fruit + 1–2 tsp milk for glaze

Easy Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
  3. Cream butter and monk fruit until fluffy.
  4. Add egg, orange zest, juice, vanilla (and orange extract).
  5. Mix in dry ingredients just until combined.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons onto sheet.
