YOU MUST TOAST THIS FINISHED BREAD!
1 ½ C. Hot Water
3 T. Active Dry Yeast
1 T. Salt
1 ½ T. Swerve Granular
2 ½ C. Bread or All-Purpose Flour
In large bowl, dissolve yeast in sugar water. Stir. Add in salt and flour. Mix and knead well. Cover and let rise until double in size, about 3 hours.
Remove dough from bowl. Knead into bread loaf shape. Place in well sprayed loaf pan. Cover and let rise again, until dough has risen about to the top of the pan (about 1 hour).
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, brush with melted butter. Bake again at 350 for an additional 10 minutes.
Slice and TOAST!
