2 Lbs. Sausage or Ground Beef
1 Jar of Rau Low Sugar Basil Pasta Sauce
Italian Seasonings
1 ½ C. Mozzarella Cheese
Your Favorite Pizza Toppings (Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Green and Red Peppers)

Crust Ingredients:

2 C. Mozzarella Cheese
2 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 ½ C. Almond Flour
2 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Garlic Powder
1 Egg

Easy Directions:

Cook and drain the sausage or ground beef. Add in the sauce, Italian seasonings and garlic. Spray a 9 x 12 baking dish and place the meat mixture into the pan. Cover with the mozzarella cheese. Top with your favorite pizza toppings. Move onto the crust! Melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together. Add in almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and egg. Stir until combined. It will mimic a dough. Using a rolling pin and parchment paper, roll out the dough until you have a 9×12 square. Place the crust dough on top! I topped ours with more garlic powder and Italian seasonings. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting!
