Ingredients:
½ C. Melted Butter
½ C. All-Natural Peanut Butter (Sugar Free, Deli Made
1 Egg
1 C. Swerve Brown
1 T. Vanilla
1 C. Flour (Almond or All-Purpose)
2 C. Dark Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Easy Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Mix well. Add in egg, Swerve, and vanilla. Continue to mix well. Add in the flour. Mix and add in chocolate chips.
Press into well sprayed 8×8 baking dish. I topped with extra chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Can you use stevia as a substitute for swerve?
YES
I attempted this and it never cooked through and all of the butter just rose to the top. I cooked it by convection. Not sure what I did wrong?

I tried sugar free chocolate chips. They were so bad, I threw them out! What brand do you recommend?
