Cookie Ingredients:

½ C. Butter
1 Egg
1 /2 C. Swerve Brown
1 C. Swerve Granular
1 T. Vanilla
1 ¼ C. Pumpkin Puree
2 ½ C. All Purpose or Almond Flour
½ t. Salt
1 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Baking Soda
1 T. Cinnamon
1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice


Frosting Ingredients:

8 Oz. Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 T. Vanilla
¼ C. Swerve Confectioners

Easy Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, mix butter, Swerve Granular, Swerve Brown and the egg. Add in vanilla and pumpkin puree. Continue to mix.
2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Add to first mixture and mix well.
3. Using a spoon, drop onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool.
5. For the frosting, beat together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Top each cookie with a tab bit of frosting!
