Ingredients:

8 Eggs


1 T. Olive Oil

1 T. Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 ½ C. Cooked Broccoli

½ C. Chopped Onion

½ C. Chopped Mushrooms

1 C. Cubed Turkey

1 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese

Easy Directions:

  1. Spray a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. To that same pan, spread broccoli, turkey, mushrooms and onion across bottom.
  3. Spread cheese on top.
  4. In a bowl, scramble together eggs, olive oil and unsweetened almond milk.
  5. Pour onto broccoli mixture.
  6. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
  7. Let stand.
  8. You can top your dish with sour cream when serving.
