Ingredients:
8 Eggs
1 T. Olive Oil
1 T. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 ½ C. Cooked Broccoli
½ C. Chopped Onion
½ C. Chopped Mushrooms
1 C. Cubed Turkey
1 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese
Easy Directions:
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish.
- To that same pan, spread broccoli, turkey, mushrooms and onion across bottom.
- Spread cheese on top.
- In a bowl, scramble together eggs, olive oil and unsweetened almond milk.
- Pour onto broccoli mixture.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
- Let stand.
- You can top your dish with sour cream when serving.
