Jayne’s Countdown to Christmas: No Sugar Baker’s Brown Sugar Blondies
1 C Butter
2 C. Swerve Brown
2 t. Vanilla
2 2/3 C. All-Purpose or Almond Flour
2 t. Baking Powder
½ t. Salt
Spray a 9×13 baking pan. In mixing bowl, cream together butter, Swerve, eggs and vanilla. Add in flour, baking powder and salt. Blend well. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Blondies Frosting Ingredients:
½ C Swerve Brown
1 Stick, Butter
4 oz Cream Cheese
Mix well. Spread on blondies and sprinkle with sugar free sprinkles!
