Cheesecake Center Ingredients:
4 Ounces Cream Cheese
½ C. Swerve Confections
Cookie Dough Ingredients:
2 ½ C. Flour or Almond Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
1 C. Butter
1 C. Swerve Brown
1 Large Egg PLUS 1 Egg Yolk
1 T. Vanilla
2 C. Lily’s No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips
Easy Directions:
- In small bowl, combine the cheesecake center ingredients and place in refrigerator while you make the cookie dough.
- In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and Swerve, and egg/egg yolk. Add in vanilla. Mix well. In separate bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture.
- Add in chocolate chips.
- Take our cheesecake center bowl. Roll into very small balls. Wrap each cheesecake ball with cookie dough.
- Place on cookie baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.

I made the cookies tonight and the dough was so sticky. When I baked them they spread out all over the pan! What did I do wrong?
