Ingredients:
2 ¾ C Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
½ t. Baking Powder
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, cream:
1 C Butter
1 ½ C Swerve Granular
1 Egg
1 t. Almond Flavoring
Easy Directions:
After creamed, mix in the dry ingredients.
Using a spoon or small scoop form the batter into small balls. Place on a baking sheet. With a lightly floured fork, push each ball down slightly. Bake at 375 until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
Icing: No Sugar Baker’s Basic Cream Cheese Frosting
½ C Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese
4 C Swerve Confections
2 t. Vanilla or Almond Flavoring
Easy Directions:
Mix well in mixer. Makes 2 cups. Divide into number of bowls for the number of colors you want. Add a VERY light drop food coloring.
