Ingredients for Dough:

2 Eggs
2 T. Sour Cream
2 T. Melted Butter
1 C. Almond Flour
1 t. Garlic Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 C. Shredded Cheese of Your Choice (I prefer Cheddar or Mozzarella)


Combine all ingredients in food processer into dough ball. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Using parchment paper, roll out dough to desired thickness. Place dough on sprayed baking sheet. Prick dough with fork. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Flip dough and repeat.

Ingredients for Topping:

1 C. Fresh Blueberries
1 C. Fresh Raspberries
1 C. Lily Dark Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added)
½ C. Chopped Pecans
1 C. Goat Cheese
Fresh Arugula or Basil
Olive Oil

Easy Directions:

Top crust with blueberries, raspberries, chocolate chips, pecans and goat cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut fresh arugula or basil to the top and lightly add a glaze of olive oil! Cut and enjoy!
