Ingredients:
3 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 T. Cumin
1 T. Garlic Powder
1 T. Olive Oil
1 C. Chopped Onion
1 C. Chopped Jalapeno Peppers
½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
½ C. Chicken Broth
4 Oz. Cream Cheese
½ C. Shredded Cheese
Easy Directions:
- Season chicken with cumin and garlic powder. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken on each side for 4 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove chicken from skillet.
- Sauté onion and peppers. Add in cream, broth and cream cheese and bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add in chicken and cheese.
- Serve with additional jalapeno peppers!
