No Sugar Baker’s Pistachio Bread

Ingredients:

1 Box of Swerve Yellow Cake Mix

4 Eggs

¼ C. Oil

2 T. Water

1 4 Oz Package of Instant Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mix

1 C. Sour Cream

1 T. Cinnamon

2 T. Swerve Granular

Drops of Green Food Coloring

Easy Directions:

Spray a loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, water, pudding mix, and sour cream. Add food coloring if you wish.
Pour into loaf pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon and Swerve on top.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
