4 Skinless Chicken Thighs

¼ C. Lemon Juice

1 T. Garlic Powder

1 T. Dried Thyme

2 Springs of Fresh Rosemary

2 C. Fresh Mushrooms

1 C. Chopped Onion

1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream

1 t. Nutmeg

1 C. Parmesan Cheese

Easy Directions:

  1. Spray a 8×8 baking dish. Place chicken in dish. Pour lemon juice over chicken and season with garlic powder and thyme.
  2. Spread mushrooms and onions on top and around chicken.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cream, nutmeg and cheese. Mix well. Pour on top of chicken and entire dish.
  4. Lay rosemary springs on top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
