4 Pieces of Cooked and Diced Bacon

32 Oz. Vegetable Stock

3 T. Butter

3 T. Flour

2 T. Garlic Powder

1 ½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk

2 Potatoes (Diced)

½ C. Celery (Diced)

½ C. Onions (Chopped)

13 Oz. Caned Chopped Clams

1 C. Clam Juice

2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream

Bay Leaf

Salt and Pepper

Easy Directions:

  1. In a soup kettle, melt butter. Sauté flour and garlic powder for 30 seconds. Add in onions and celery. Sauté.
  2. Pour in milk, vegetable stock, clam juice and add in potatoes. Add bay leaf. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat and add in cream, bacon, clams and salt and pepper to taste. Combine well.
