Ingredients:
4 Pieces of Cooked and Diced Bacon
32 Oz. Vegetable Stock
3 T. Butter
3 T. Flour
2 T. Garlic Powder
1 ½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Potatoes (Diced)
½ C. Celery (Diced)
½ C. Onions (Chopped)
13 Oz. Caned Chopped Clams
1 C. Clam Juice
2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
Bay Leaf
Salt and Pepper
Easy Directions:
- In a soup kettle, melt butter. Sauté flour and garlic powder for 30 seconds. Add in onions and celery. Sauté.
- Pour in milk, vegetable stock, clam juice and add in potatoes. Add bay leaf. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add in cream, bacon, clams and salt and pepper to taste. Combine well.
