1/2 C. Butter

1 C. Purecane Brown Sweetener

½ C. Purecane Granular Sweetener

2 Eggs

1 T. Vanilla

2 C. Keto Wheat Flour

1 T. Cornstarch

3 t. Baking Powder

2 t. Baking Soda

3 C. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

2 C. Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips

Easy Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, Purecanes, eggs, and vanilla.
  2. In a small bowl, combine together flour, cornstarch, baking soda and baking powder. Mix into main batter.
  3. Fold in coconut flakes and chocolate chips. Blend well.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  5. Drop dough by spoonful onto baking sheet and slightly flatten.
  6. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes!
