Ingredients:

1 C. Butter


1 C. Swerve Brown

1 C. Swerve Granular

2 Eggs

1 T. Vanilla

3 C. Flour

1 ½ t. Baking Soda

½ t. Salt

½ C. Hershey Zero Sugar Candy Bars Grated

½ C. Salted Peanuts Chupped

½ C. Kettle Cooked Potato Chips Crushed

½ C. Pretzels Crushed

½ C. Sugar Free Butterscotch Baking Chips

½ C. Bacon Bits (Optional)

  1. In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and both Swerves. Add in eggs and mix well. Add in vanilla.
  2. To batter add flour, baking soda and salt. Combine.
  3. Fold in chocolate, butterscotch chips, nuts, chips, and pretzels.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop dough into round balls and flatten slightly. Let chill in refrigerator for a few hours. I topped my cookie dough with salt and bacon!
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
