Ingredients:

3 1/2 C. Pumpkin Seeds (Roasted and dried)


½ C. Melted Butter

¼ C. Purecane Brown Sweetener

1 t. Cinnamon

1 t. Cumin

1 t. Paprika

1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 t. Salt

1 T. Worcestershire Sauce

1 T. Tabasco Sauce (Optional)

Easy Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients until the pumpkin seeds are well coated.
  3. Spread onto baking sheet.
  4. Roast at 300 for 35-40 minutes
  5. Let set and dry.
  6. Enjoy!
