Halibut or Whitefish Filets
1 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ C. Butter
6 T. Mayonnaise
4 T. Lemon Juice
4 T. Hot Sauce
½ C. Chopped Onion
½ C. Chopped Green and Red Peppers
Dash of Salt

Easy Directions:

Spray a 10×10 baking dish, salt and pepper the fish filets. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (but the fish). Spread mixture on top of baked, flakey fish. Bake for 10 more minutes. Broil on low for 2-4 minutes. Serve!
