No Sugar Baker’s Cheezy Sausage Chowder
3 C. Cauliflower
2. C. Broccoli
¼ C. Chopped Celery
¼ C. Chopped Onion
1 T. Butter
5 Chopped & Crumbled Cooked Sausage Patties
6 C. Beef Broth
Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 C. Velveeta Cheese
½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
1. In a soup kettle, melt the butter and sauté all the vegetables. Add in sausage.
2. Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle in seasonings.
3. Bring to a rolling boil.
4. Fold in cheese and stir until well melted.
5. Add in cream. Stir again.
