½ C. Butter
½ C. Chopped Onion
4 C. Fresh Broccoli Florets
3 C. Chicken Broth
2 C. Heavy Cream
1 t. Salt
¼ t. Nutmeg
1 t. Pepper
¼ C. Cornstarch
3 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 C. Sour Cream

Easy Directions:

In Dutch oven pot, combine butter and onions. Add in broccoli and chicken broth. Bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and add in cream, salt, nutmeg, pepper, cornstarch, cheese and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
