2 Lbs. Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 C. Diced Onion
2 T. Minced Garlic
1 T. Cumin
1 T. Chili Powder
1 T. Paprika
1 T. Salt
½ C. Lemon Juice
3 C. Diced Green and Red Peppers
1 C. Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
2 C. Chicken Broth
1 C. Jalapeno Cream Cheese
1 C. Cream Cheese
2 C. Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream and Guacamole to Top!

Easy Directions:

In slow cooker, place chicken breasts, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, lemon juice, all peppers and chicken broth. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. When the chicken is tender, remove it from the slow cooker and cut it into bit sized pieces and then return to slow cooker. Add in cream cheeses and cheese—stir until melted. When temperature is your appropriate tasting, serve in soup bowls topping with sour cream, guacamole, and more cheese!
