Crust Ingredients:

Option 1:


2 Eggs

2 T. Sour Cream

2 T. Melted Butter

1 C. Almond Flour

1 t. Garlic Powder

Pinch of Salt

1 C. Shredded Cheese of Your Choice

Easy Directions for Crust:

In a food processor, combine all ingredients until a dough ball forms. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Using parchment paper, roll out dough to desired thickness. Place dough on sprayed baking sheet. Prick dough with fork. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Flip dough and repeat.

Option 2:

Dough Ingredients:

1 ¾ C. Almond Flour

½ C. Low Carbohydrate Pasta Sauce

½ t. Xanthun Gum or Corn Starch

1 t. Baking Powder

2 Eggs

1 T. Melted Butter

Splash of Seasonings: Salt, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasonings, Onion Powder

Option 3:

4 Ingredients for Fathead Pizza Dough

¾ C. Almond Flour, 1 ½ Cups shredded mozzarella, 2 Ts. cream cheese, 1 egg. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave. Combine and stir until smooth. Add almond flour and beaten egg. Combine into dough ball. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Using parchment paper, roll out dough to desired thickness. Place dough on sprayed baking sheet. Prick dough with fork. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Flip dough and repeat.

Topping Ingredients:

2 Cooked and Sliced Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 C. Cooked Broccoli

½ C. Chopped Onion

2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese

1 C. Fresh Mushrooms

1 C. Fresh Cut Green and Yellow Peppers

¼. C. Alfredo Sauce

Easy Directions:

  1. Spread alfredo sauce onto crust.
  2. Top with remaining toppings and finish by topping with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. I added fresh arugula! Cut and enjoy!
