4 Skinless Chicken Thighs
½ C. Lime Juice
2 T. Olive Oil
3 T. Swerve Brown
½ C. Chopped Cilantro
1 Ripe Avocado (Cubed)
½ C. Chopped Green and Red Peppers
½ C. Chopped Green Onions
1 T. Garlic
½ C. Chopped Tomatoes

Easy Directions:

1. In a large plastic bag, put chicken, lime juice, olive oil, Swerve and cilantro. Shake it up and let marinade in bag overnight.
2. Spray a casserole pan with non-stick spray, empty entire bag into pan. Bake at 375 for 45-55 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, combine avocado, green onions, peppers, garlic and tomatoes. Top the chicken! Enjoy!
