3 Cooked Skinless Chicken Breasts, Diced
2 T. Butter
1 T. Garlic
1 T. Italian Seasonings
1 T. Parsley
½ C. Chopped Onions or Leeks
2 C. Chopped Fresh Mushrooms
1 ½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
8 Ounces of Cream Cheese
1 ½ Shredded Cheese of Choice

Easy Directions:

Spray a 10×12 baking dish. Put chicken into pan and set aside. In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Add in garlic, Italian seasonings, onions and mushrooms. Sauté until tender. Pour in cream and cream cheese, bring to a rolling boil and let thicken. Pour over chicken. Add shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes!
