2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream

3 T. All-Natural Peanut Butter (non-sugar)

2 t. Vanilla

½ C. Swerve Confections

4 T. Cocoa Powder

Crushed peanuts to top

Easy Directions:

Beat the cream on high for a few minutes, add in the peanut butter, vanilla, Swerve and continue to mix. The batter will become creamy and thick. Fold in the cocoa and continue to beat until creamy. Fill into small plastic ups or glasses. Top with peanuts and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
