No Sugar Baker’s Like A Peanut Butter Cup Bars!
¾ C. Melted Butter
1 C. Melted All-Natural Peanut Butter
¾ C. Swerve Confectioners
1 T. Vanilla
2 C. Almond Flour or All-Purpose Flour
1 t. Salt
3 C. Lily Dark Chocolate Chips
¼ C. Butter
Spray a 9×9 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, melted peanut butter, Swerve, vanilla and salt. Mix well until creamy. Add in the flour. Pat into baking pan.
In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter. Stir and top the bars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
