Ingredients:
Make No Sugar Baker’s Pie Crust Recipe or Buy a Pie Crust (Watch the Labels)
3 Eggs
3/4 C. Swerve Brown
1 C. Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup
½ C. Melted Butter
2 t. Vanilla
½ t. Salt
1 t. Cinnamon
¼ C. Sugar Free Caramel Coffee Syrup (Optional)
1 C. Lily Dark Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added)
2 ½ Shelled Pecans
Directions:
Spread pecans and chocolate chips evenly over unbaked pie crust. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, Swerve, syrup, butter, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Add in additional caramel syrup if desired. Pour mixture on top of pecans/chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Let cool.
