Ingredients:
1 Prepared Gluten Free Double Crust Pie Crust
4 C. Fresh Sliced and Peeled Peaches
2 C. Fresh Blueberries
3/4 C. Purecane Granular Sweetener
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 T. Cinnamon
2 T. Flour
Melted Butter to Top Pie
Easy Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, Purecane, lemon juice, cinnamon and flour until the fruit is lightly coated.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Top pie with remaining crust.
- Brush melted butter onto top of crust/pie.
- Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
- Let cool and set.
- Enjoy with No Sugar Baker’s Whipped Cream Topping!
