Ingredients:

1 Prepared Gluten Free Double Crust Pie Crust


4 C. Fresh Sliced and Peeled Peaches

2 C. Fresh Blueberries

3/4 C. Purecane Granular Sweetener

1 T. Lemon Juice

1 T. Cinnamon

2 T. Flour

Melted Butter to Top Pie

Easy Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, Purecane, lemon juice, cinnamon and flour until the fruit is lightly coated.
  2. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Top pie with remaining crust.
  4. Brush melted butter onto top of crust/pie.
  5. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
  6. Let cool and set.
  7. Enjoy with No Sugar Baker’s Whipped Cream Topping!
