½ C. Butter

1 C. All-Natural Peanut Butter

1 C. Swerve Brown

¼ C. Swerve Granular

1 Egg

2 T. Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 T. Vanilla

1 ½ C. King Arthur High Protein Flour (Or All-Purpose Flour)

1 t. Baking Soda

½ t. Salt

12 Zero Sugar Dark Chocolate Caramel Mini Hershey Bars

Easy Directions:

  1. Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, both Swerves, egg, unsweetened almond milk and vanilla. Add in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  3. Cover each candy bar with cookie dough.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Let cool and set!
