Ingredients:

1 Baked Pie Crust (Use No Sugar Baker’s recipe!
¼ C. Vodka
1 C. Water
1 C. Fresh Blueberries
2 ½ C. Fresh Cranberries
1 T. Unflavored Gelatin
1 t. Orange Zest
1 t. Ground Ginger
½ C. Swerve Granular
1 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 1/2 C. Cold Heavy Cream

Easy Directions:

In a large saucepan, bring vodka, water, Swerve, blueberries, cranberries to boil. Let boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add in gelatin, orange zest and ginger. Let cool. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and heavy whipping cream. Add in cranberry/blueberry mixture and fold until smooth. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate overnight.
