½ C. Butter
1 C. All-Natural Peanut Butter
1 C. Swerve Brown
¼ C. Swerve Granular
2 T. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 T. Vanilla
1 ½ C. King Arthur High Protein Flour (Or All-Purpose Flour)
1 t. Baking Soda
½ t. Salt
12 Zero Sugar Russell Stover Peanut Snack Size Caramel Bars (Cut in Half)
- Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, both Swerves, egg, unsweetened almond milk and vanilla. Add in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
- Cover each cut in half candy bar with cookie dough.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool and set!
